didn't work on an .avi.?. froze up when i tried. [closed it]

u don't install it. [like pic grabber] i made a desktop icon 4 it.

width 286px. - 5 frames a second - 1.67mb - mpeg 2 .gif

.wmv - said 2.69mb[ended up 1.56mb] - 10 frames a second is better quality.

[it gives them same file name with 'new' on the end]
