I'd say Lalana... BEFORE she cut her hair. It was the healthiest and thickest all the way to the ends. It was also the longest!

Oh, and on top of that, she's the same age as I am. Maybe I'm biased?

Too bad her hair is in terrible condition and is less than half as long as it used to be.
