Thanks for your reply Nicole (we hope you got the vid we sent you *wink*).
I've seen several studies on the issue - supposedly, men have been "hard-wired" for AGES to perceive long hair as not only a mark of health and femininity (and thus better mates for procreation), but also as a sign of vulnerability. Long hair was a liability when primitive people had to battle daily for territory, shelter, food, etc., because it could so easily be grabbed by an attacker in order to decapitate the victim (grisly, I know, but I'm just reporting the study!). Therefore, in addition to the hair being an indicator of good health, a woman with long hair aroused deep protective feelings in the male (AWWW, isn't that sweet?).
OK - enough of the "pseudo-scientific" talk. I'm very much in tune with the femininity and health issues above, but when I'm around a female with long hair ... I feel as if THEY are the ones with the power and I'M the one who is TOTALLY vulnerable!
In other words - "Torture me, hurt me, do with me what you will ... but JUST LET ME TOUCH IT & BRUSH IT & PLAY WITH IT! I'll do whatever you say ... but can I just PLEEEEZE touch it?"
Whew, OK. Is it hot in here? *pant pant*
Looking forward to more of your photos!
