Have you ever been able to access her site? If not, her hosting company might have blocked your ISP. This could happen if someone using your ISP tried to guess passwords to a site. If it becomes a problem, the hosting company can just block a whole range of IP addresses. Or, you may have a firewall or content filter on your own computer blocking you.

If you have been able to access her site in the past (from the same computer, same setup, same ISP, etc.), then you might try clearing the cache on your browser.
