How does the remainder of that sentence read? Often, when using the free version of RapidShare (which is why so many people have complained about it)(I know, myself included...), if you try to download too many megabytes within a given time period you will get a message telling you that "you have already downloaded" "x" number of megabytes. You then are given the option of paying for Premium use of Rapidshare, which allows you to bypass these limits, or it will tell you how many minutes you have to wait before attempting to download another file from RapidShare. Don't know if that's what you're up against or not. Hope this helps some.
