Unless it's from someone you know, delete it.

Otherwise, download the zipped file to your desktop.

Right click on the zipped file icon and select Extract.

Follow directions from the window that pops up... you can select where you want to save the pics. I usually just keep hitting ok, and it will save it to a folder on your desktop.
