Matrix and Locks of Love appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show April 13th! Six Matrix "2003 Search for Rapunzel" finalists each donated more than 10 inches of their beautiful hair to Locks of Love in order to help children suffering from long-term medical hair loss (www.locksoflove.org). The show also featured a Locks of Love recipient, Ashley, who met Oprah and was able to show off her lovely new tresses made mostly from the donation of winning Rapunzel, Laura Kurtz. In a segment Oprah called 'The Big Snip', Matrix Design Team members went onstage to cut the finalists' long ponytails simultaneously and then rush them backstage for their high-speed transformations in the specially-built Oprah Winfrey Show Salon.
