Here are a two other examples:

B.t.w. I used bing image generator to create two side-by-side photos in one image (with and without long hair). Its the only tool I found that is able to generate a split image and correctly match the faces on both sides. Then I expand the images with another ai tool called freepik and use the video generators to generate the transition with the pictures as start and end reference. I'll post the images I used for these videos later on.
