Damned! I hadn´t paid enough attention.

The right door in the back leads to a different floor level than the left one and seems to end at a different angle although it starts almost parallel to the other door. There is also a difference in door height that would be unusual in two adjacent doors in a flat.

The girl herself seems real, however. There are irregularities about her hair and clothes that AI-generated stuff so far has never rendered naturally, at least as far as I have seen such pics.

There are definitely some things wrong about the pic.
