Since it doesn't taper, you really can't know – it's probably as short as she cuts/trims it, which could be anything from classic onwards.

(I put the fact that I like long hair on my dating profiles, but it's definitely not highlighted and I don't bring it up myself. Both my current +1 and the previous girl I dated were aware of it; it was normally brought up – by them – at some stage after we began kissing.)
