I'm not a fattest but I unfortunately am not particularly attracted to chubby girls.

Recently whilst swiping through dating apps I've come across a heap of girls with wonderful long hair but when you scroll down and see a wide shot, they're huge.

So my question is two fold:

Why do chubby girls seem to have no problem growing long hair and if they were to lose weight, would he hair remain amazing?

I'm not suggesting that I will swipe right and buy a gym membership, I don't want to swipe right... I'm just curious as so few non chubby girls seem to sport the long locks. It's a mystery.
