I thought I'd share a simple GM script I wrote for the benefit of people who post here often. Since there's no notification mechanism, it's hard to keep track of post replies.

So I came up with a primitive solution to highlight my posts. You can see it here: pastebin.com/9bcuE5c1

To use, just enter the name you use for your posts (like mine, GROND) on line 15 `if(e.innerText === '')`

An obvious limitation is that you need to use the same name for all posts you need to track or include all the names you want to use in the script. Also, it may not be ideal if many people use the same name.

If set correctly, you'll see something like this:
