Sadly true. I've posted somewhere else that I feel like 2019 has just been an awful year for long hair. It seems like so many of the better known instagram girls who seem to be devoted to having long hair and promoting how to properly care for it and stuff are just suddenly cutting it off.

@gohar.shanazan (idk the exact username off the top of my head) is trying to sell her hair and cut itup to her shoulders. She doesn't post any pictures of it anymore.

@reeh_david (something like that) also cut her hair. It seems like her hair grows incredibly fast, but nonetheless, she cut a significant portion.

@katy_did003 always seems to be mentioning thoughts of a cut or adding more layers or bangs. I feel like she's really tired of her hair but hasn't cut it only because of her followers who look to her as a role model for their own hair. I wouldn't be shocked if she goes for a cut within a year.

but yeah, i think the greatest tragedy is going to be @squeakcode. She's adorable and her hair has gotten super long while looking INCREDIBLY healthy. To see it cut as short as she possibly can is going to be a heartbreaker.

P.S. theres also @dashik_gubanova, I remember a year or two ago there was an article in which she was asked when she was going to cut her hair and she said she plans on cutting it when it reaches the ground. It doesnt look like its been growing much more though so maybe it'll be around for a long time still
