Romantic, indeed. I live in the USA and the quickest analogy I can think of is... American women are like driving an old, beat up Chevy truck from 1965. My Russian girl is like driving a Ferrari.

Honestly I can't explain it better than that, my Russian girl is just simply... more mature and intelligent sounding when I talk to her compared to American women. It's absolutely amazing. And yes, I could totally fall for her if her and I keep it up, I'm not ashamed to say.
Yes, other than her hair, her other characteristics suit me great; like I said, I could totally fall for her. But that takes time. No she doesn't know about my long hair fetish yet, the one time I asked her if her hair had ever been longer, I believe my words were, "like, to your butt longer..."
She said "No, too much work to keep them looking good. Too long." I'll admit I was sad but of course I didn't say anything. I did tell her I would pamper her in that conversation though before that and she did have this BIG smile on her face. I would happily brush her hair nightly if given the chance. So, when I see her in September I plan to brush it if given the opportunity.
So far the best thing I can think of to say regarding her hair when I see her is, "Could you do something for me? [While simultaneously running my fingers through her shoulder length hair] Let this grow for the wedding, so you could do more with it? I'm sure you'd look beautiful." (It would be my hope that she would ask "whose wedding?" and then I would say "ours of course" which would make her smile enormously). Yes maybe it would be premature to say but the intention would be to drop that subliminal hint, know what I mean? 
Because otherwise, so far the only way I can think to ask her to grow her hair makes it feel like should I say that to her, I find her "inadequate" with her current hair length. Which I DON'T at all, I honestly think she is absolutely beautiful presently-- it's just, I would be MORE attracted it her hair were much longer... if that makes any sense.
Finally, I'm glad you liked Yana. In one of her longhair pics, according to Google Translate she said something like, "My dear and beloved fans, fetishists and just fans of long hair... " which leads me to believe that bothers her, so, you're a bold man for writing her. LOL.
